DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS
If your order has been damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In the
case of any items that are deemed faulty upon receipt, kindly inform us within 3 days.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Refunds apply only to accessory products. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for bespoke,
custom-made, or tailor-made garments. For accessory returns, refunds will be processed within 28
days after we receive and assess the returned goods. In the event that the products are considered
damaged or unsaleable, they will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
Please note that all tailor-made garments, including bespoke and custom-made items, cannot be
returned or refunded due to their personalized nature. These garments are specifically crafted to
your unique specifications and exact dimensions, making them unsuitable for resale to others.
However, if there is a technical product error that is our responsibility, we will gladly arrange for the
item to be shipped back, altered, and cover the shipping costs as per our shipping guidelines. It is
important to provide us with clear photos of the items for assessment before initiating the return
